This is s a very well done photo the colors are great, the depth of field play with the blurriness in the back round gives it a great effect as well. You have a lot of things in things in this photo that really help compliment the main target, such as the little labels near the front and the flasks on the shelf in the back. Normally I try to find at least one thing i could nit pick at when I write a critique but there really isn't anything major I'd edit. I guess if you wanted using a photo editing program like Adobe Lightroom ( of which I'm an avid fan :) ) is maybe play with the contrast a little to sharpen the lines of the main subject which is the pot. Other then that I say leave it as it is it looks great. It's something to be proud of :)

I am not completely sure. This was at a market booth on a medieval winter market, they sold all kinds of different herbs and err... smell emitters. There were so many different scents around, I could not really make it out.
